Ursynów is a district of large developments — Natolin, Kabaty, Imielin and Stokłosy. Most apartment blocks have lifts, which makes the carrying easier, but organisation is what counts: getting to the entrance, somewhere to put the van, and the order things go in. We take all of that on.
The M1 metro runs the length of the district and we know the approaches from Ursynów down to Kabaty. We plan the route to avoid the queues on Puławska and aleja KEN, and get the move done inside the slot we agreed.
What we watch out for
Most of Ursynów is apartment blocks with lifts, but the older developments still have four- and five-storey stairwells without one. We agree the floor and the access up front, so the quote is honest and nothing gets added later.
