1.Who is the controller of your data
- The controller of personal data is WOZIO — a registered sole trader providing transport and moving services, operating the wozio.pl website.

- We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to. All requests are handled at the address above.
2.What data we collect, why, and on what basis
- The phone number and job description you give in the pricing calculator — so we can call you back, prepare a quote and carry out the job. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to and performance of a contract).
- Data you give us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail — pickup and delivery address, date, scope of work. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Invoicing details (company name, address, tax ID) — if you ask for a VAT invoice. Basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (tax and accounting obligations).
- Statistical data about your use of the site (cookie identifier, approximate location, device, pages visited) — only after you consent in the cookie banner. Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
- Technical data logged automatically by the server (IP address, request time, browser type) — for the security and reliability of the site. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).
- Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number we cannot give you a quote or carry out the job.
3.How long we keep the data
- Enquiries that did not lead to a job — up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Completed job records and accounting documents — 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by tax law.
- Cookie consent and statistical data — until you withdraw consent or clear your cookies, and no longer than 14 months.
4.Who we share the data with
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and form handling (United States).
- Telegram Messenger — the channel that delivers new calculator enquiries to us (phone number and job description).
- Anthropic PBC — the AI service that estimates working time and price from your job description. Only the cargo description, route and floors are sent to the model; your phone number is not. Please do not put sensitive data in the description.
- Google Ireland Limited — visit statistics (Google Analytics) and ad performance measurement (Google Ads), only after you consent.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation and the OSRM project — services that receive only the town or street names you typed, in order to calculate the route length. No contact details are sent there.
- Our accountant and, where required, bodies authorised by law.
- Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are made under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5.Your rights
- You have the right to access your data, and to rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port it.
- You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- You can withdraw your cookie and analytics consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
- We handle every request within one month at the latest. A message to wozio@op.pl is enough.
6.Cookies and data stored in your browser
- Essential files — they remember your choice from the consent banner. They are always active, because without them the banner would ask on every visit.
- Analytics and marketing files (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — set only after you click "Accept".
- Browser local storage — we save an unfinished calculator quote there so you do not have to start over after closing the tab. This stays on your device, never reaches our server, and is removed after 24 hours and once the enquiry is sent.
- You can change cookie settings in any browser. Disabling essential files may make the site harder to use.
7.The pricing calculator and automated decisions
- The calculator only gives an estimated price range. It is not a decision producing legal effects — the final price and date are always confirmed by a person during a call.
- We do not profile users and do not take automated decisions about them within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
8.Security and changes to this policy
- All communication with the site is encrypted with an SSL/TLS certificate. Only the people carrying out the jobs have access to enquiries.
- We update this policy whenever the way the site works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
